PREP FEE
One time charge of $75.00 for motor home prep.
INSURANCE
You must purchase insurance from your insurance company or ours, if this is not done by the time of pick up we will automatically purchase the insurance for you at a rate of $24.95 per day. Please have your insurance company fax us a copy of your insurance binder or ask about purchasing it thru us. You can purchase insurance on the web at www.mbachoice.com. You will fill this out and put in our policy number, which is 5426. You will then receive an E mail confirmation and so will we. It's that easy!!
PAYMENT
Full payment is due two weeks prior to your departure and will be done automatically If a credit card is on file. If this is a late notice rental total amount due may be charged to card even before application is filled out based on information provided over the phone.
DAMAGES
If coach comes back with damages no matter how minor they will be repaired at renters expense. If the vehicle is damaged during your rental and this damage results in loss of revenue to FLORIDA RV RENTALS due to down time for repair, renter agrees to be held responsible and agrees to pay for any down time at the current rate per day for loss of use" We will do all that we can to keep cost down to a minimum but repairs will be made and taken out of damage deposit. This process may take several weeks do to coach being out on rental it just depends on the time of the year and the coach. If renter chooses to have damage fixed while he/she is out on there trip it must be approved by FLORIDA RV RENTALS Be aware that all repairs are done by an approved shop and we will be at the mercy of their shop rates.
CLEANING (very important)
| Motor Home must be brought back CLEAN inside and out or cleaning charges will be taken out of your damages deposit. Exterior must be washed and interior must be cleaned. |
| Just rinsing off the coach is not enough. MOTOR HOME MUST BE WASHED WITH SOAP AND WINDOWS DRIED. INTERIOR MUST BE WIPED DOWN, FRIDGE CLEANED, FLOORS SWEPT OR VACUUMED AND TOILET CLEANED. BRING IT BACK JUST THE WAY YOU RECEIVED IT AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED. |

14 days or more prior to pick-up is entitled to full refund less $500.00 handling fee.
13 days or less prior to pick-up will forfeit estimated charges.
REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT
The following charges will be deducted from your security deposit:
| Failure to fill Propane tank: $50 plus cost of Propane |
| Failure to fill Gasoline tank: $50 plus cost of Gasoline |
| Failure to dump Holding Tank: $75 plus cost of Dumping |
The above charges, mileage and sales tax in excess of that estimated, and the cost of repairs for damages deemed to be the customer's responsibility, will be deducted from the security deposit. The cleaning fee from the professional cleaners will be charged for excessive dirtiness.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of your return date, provided the recreational vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it went out and subject to the charges outlined above. If your charges exceed your security deposit, you will be responsible for paying the excess balance owed. Refund or extra charges will be detailed on the adjusted rental agreement that will be mailed to you.
QUICK DEPOSIT
If you would like your paper work moved to the top of the list and guaranteed 48 hour return you can pay a $100.00 fee to have this done.
AIRPORT PICKUP
Airport pickup and return is available. Ask for rates.
TOWING
Towing is allowed with pre approval. $10 PER DAY
HOUSEKEEPING KITS
House Keeping kits include bedding, linen, bath towels and kitchen pots and pans as well as plates, saucers and silver ware at $25.00 per day fee. Party of four.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept American Express, Discover, Master card, Visa. Be aware that any damages to your unit may be charged to your credit card. You must bring this card for an imprint at time of check out.
PICK UP
Pick up and delivery to be prearranged before departure. Allow for up to and hour for familiarization tour.
NOTES:
- All units have generators. 2 hours per day, afterwards $3.00 per hour.
- Any trips consisting of more than 3000 miles, renter will be responsible for getting and paying for oil change. A $100 fine will be imposed if no proof of oil change.
- Drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
- PICKUP'S ARE BETWEEN 3:00PM AND 5:00PM LATE ARRIVALS THAT ARE LATER THAN 6:00PM WILL BE DONE THE NEXT DAY, WE DO NOT STAY OPEN PAST 6:00 PM FOR LATE ARRIVALS!!!!!!!! Return unit before noon to avoid extra charges. Fuel and propane tanks must be full and holding tanks empty or subject to additional charge.
- Pets By special arrangement only. Subject to $100.00 fee if evidence of pet on board on return.
- Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs will void all insurance.
- We will make every effort to provide the renter with the model requested. We reserve the right to substitute models of like or higher quality. Renter will be responsible for checking engine oil and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as having any mechanical problems reported immediately. Renter will be responsible for mechanical damages due to negligence in unit operation or failure to perform normal maintenance. Renter will be held responsible for brake damage, due to failure to use recommended gears on steep down grades. Renter will be held responsible for chipped or cracked windshields and any other glass damage on unit. Due to variation in operating conditions caused by climate and altitude, FLORIDA RV RENTALS will assume no responsibility for generator problems and there will be no refunds for generator malfunctions, PLEASE NOTE: GENERATORS WILL NOT OPERATE WHEN THE COACH FUEL LEVEL IS AT OR AROUND 1/4 OF A TANK. FLORIDA RV RENTALS will also not be responsible for vapor lock of engines, or any tire/wheel/hub cap damage or loss due to hitting curbs and pot holes. In the event the unit is in breakdown repair for 12 hours or more, our responsibility to the renter limited to the refund of the daily rental or portion thereof. Items that are not considered a breakdown and do not constitute a refund are: FURNACE, AIR CONDITIONING, OVEN/STOVE, MICROWAVE, RADIO, TV/VCR GENERATOR, CRUISE CONTROL, AND COACH WATER PUMP AND FRIDGE. PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH THESE ITEMS. A LOT OF THESE PROBLEMS MAY BE SOLVED OVER THE PHONE.
- Units must be dropped off between 9:00 AM and NOON. Late returns are subject to late charges of up to $25.00 per hour. Units must be returned in the same condition as received. A clean up fee will be charged upon return if unit is returned in unsatisfactory condition. Any interior damage or stains on carpet, upholstery, mattresses, etc... will be subject to loss of damage deposit. IF UNIT IS 24 HOURS OVERDUE AND RENTER HAS NOT CONTACTED FLORIDA RV RENTALS UNIT WILL BE CONSIDERED STOLEN. RENTER IS REQUIRED TO CONTACT FLORIDA RV RENTALS THE DAY BEFORE THEIR RETURN TO ARRANGE DROP OFF OF MOTOR HOME.
- FLORIDA RV RENTALS can not be held responsible for any additional days of rental incurred due to acts of nature, weather conditions, road closures or any other delays beyond FLORIDA RV RENTALS control. All costs are solely at the expense of the renter. Abandonment of the unit is paramount to theft. All cost of recovery and return will be handled through litigation if necessary.
- No traveling to Mexico or Death Valley. Any down time or damages due to extreme weather encountered in Mexico or Death Valley will not be covered by FLORIDA RV RENTALS or its insurance company.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
We will do everything possible to make your trip a success and
address all of your needs.
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO BRING THE MOTOR HOME BACK CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. MOTOR HOME MUST BE WASHED ON THE OUTSIDE AND CLEANED ON THE INSIDE. THE MOTOR HOME MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN TO RECEIVE ALL YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK. YOU MIGHT THINK ITS JUST A RENTAL, BUT ITS THE NEXT GUYS VACATION. SMOKING IS NEVER ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR COACHES AND FINES WILL BE LEVIED.
