You will have a $500 damage deposit.
Your $500 damage deposit will be refunded less any expenses, 2 weeks after your rental.
Your damage deposit will be run through with the rest of your rental expenses two weeks prior to your departure.
Your damage deposit might show up on your credit card billing it just depends on when your cycle ends.
Your rental coach must come back clean, full of fuel, and dumped if you don't want to have any further charges.
If you don't receive your confirmation via e-mail please give us a call.
Rentals that take place with in a two week time frame from day of booking will be charged the entire amount that day..
There is never a refund for unused days but there is for mileage.
Cancellations that take place before the trip is paid for (two week time frame before trip) will forfeit the $500 reservation deposit. Cancellations that take place within two weeks of trip will receive a credit for the whole amount of their trip to be used within a time frame of 1 year from cancelled trip. There is NO refund on canceled trips during this two week time frame but we do issue a credit for a future trip.
It is up to the renter to get their insurance binder or purchase insurance off the Internet (MBACHOICE.COM). If insurance is not in our office on departure day we will purchase it for you at a charge of $21.95 per day.
Your $500 reservation deposit is nonrefundable IF YOU CANCEL.
If you have a break down or a problem with your coach COMMON SENSE MUST APPLY, magic cannot be performed over the phone, you the renter must lend a hand in the servicing of the coach.
We quote you a rental package based on TIME and MILEAGE.
DO NOT GIVE US A CREDIT CARD THAT WILL BE DECLINED WHEN YOUR BALANCE IS DUE, THIS MAY JEOPARDIZE YOUR RESERVATION. Remember we will automatically charge your card two weeks prior to your departure for your trip. If the credit card you have given us IS DECLINED at that time your reservation may be canceled.
